Decision I have made!!

I  am in a position to make up an audacious decision of resigning my job. it might sound that,I am taking a fast decision.but on the whole, I m feeling that,this is the right move to do now. Our right decision at the right time,will directly lead to greater benefits.I m feeling so happy about the mandate i have taken to proceed further after my job.So,will update soon,regarding my date of resignation and the next big step what i m going to take??????????

Renaissance and i m

Its been more than a month,i m working with Renaissance event management private limited.its absolutely amazing. there were lot to learn ,when we make a transition from student life to wok life,there is a lot of change and something to sacrifice too.but when i made a turn to this work culture,tons and tons of things were waiting for me and i m put with every phase ,where it shaped me well..i started learning and adapting to the circumstances and situations..though i know defenitely, i will switch to my own company soon,the process i have adopted ,is going in a full phase..day by day,i m investing a lot of energy in learning things..hope it pays well after in the near future itself!!the meetings that i have went ,have given me a lot of confidence and i m also feeling that working under some other concern will give us a lot of exposure and practical knowledge!!hope this journey do well):it always gives me immense feeling whenever i m handing visiting cards to other executives):):when I started scheduling the times,doing everything by myself,it given me lot of courage ..it made myself to realize the callibre at times and also to know where i lack!!

memories forever!!

on a very fine day,after having lunch in my office, suddenly the memories of kumaraguru flashed in my mind.
.it was raining outside and i was thinking about the days .....
..slowly each and every day crossed in my mind.....

walking in the textile department area....
canteen,parking!!!!!!
something i m missing terribly..
though even i was the one yelling at college in the very first year..
its true that it really pains when i think of the moments i spent with u(:(:(:

50 days after my college!!

after the college days, its been really thrilled how my each day is for me!!i really loved the time .....i did what i actually loved too.. i learnt a lot ....at first , i have opted to join a school to teach needy students where there s no teacher at all..so i agreed to handle 12th chemistry for them teaching basic organic chemistry and few other chapters..it was nice time there ,as actually to see hoe there are many whom there s no good teacher too....after handling for twenty days, i applied for sun network..

sun network, has been really nice once they asked me to come in person for interview..i went there with full eager, anxiety, fearful, even butterflies in my stomach..the moment i entered the the sun network office, it was really amazing to see how the structure of the office was??the building??wow!!amazing..i was completely checked and my image have been taken at the entrance gate itself..then my bags were scanned.. after giving a peg for it, i marched to the entrance room...then  again i m asked to wait and allowed to the human resource department which is in the 9 th floor of the building with the visitors's id card..after moving up, i was asked to occupy the seat..the hr interviewed me and actually i did it well..then he told that i can wait for the call to join in September!!

then comes the next search...in all these job related searches, naukri helped me a lot..then i attended Mobius, mango-media which i8s not my area of concern.. Renaissance Events have been my plum cake and now i m working in it..

the only thing i have learnt confidence , and working in the area where one feels interest will put a person higher!!

shankarankovil tamasha!!

after jayalalithas challenge with vijaykanth ,sankarankoil fewer were extremely high for the past on month..when all parties worked together phenomenally,the victory margin for ADMK was around 65000 which marked a great niche in the by poll history victory for admk..it s been proved clearly that people still have faith in admk government ,and still hope for dmk among people havenot got increased..considering vaiko,he have to follow different strategies and for vijaykanth its the  worst day and it also proved that its difficult for him to get votes without the support of dravidin parties!!but admk cannot expect the same in next parliamentray elections and state elections as the dmk experienced the same victory in bypolls in the previous dmk led regime..still the present state government have to use the peoples faith and support in the best way and should do governance for the benefit of the people and not for the welfare of the party alone..

scribbling day!!

the most amazing day ,the last working day in our college was "the scribbling day"..we all went to college in dhotis...the day started with our arrival to college and slowly all gathered in the campus//we then went to our respective juniors class ans shouted and enjoyed..finally all of we, gathered in our classroom and irrespective of the gender throwed papers and bit with notes,books, bags too each other..extremely fun..then slowly we all started expressed few lined bout each other in every ones dress( boys dhotis and shirts and in the shawls of the girls)..slowly mope than 1000 poses for photos, shouting ans screaming in the staff room ......the day ended with "Jamab",which was the most daring climax of the day..only kct(kumaraguru college of technology) can allow the students to enjoy this all thins and i m proud of my college!!!!!!

my juniors carried me!!!!!!will they be with  me till my  last journey??

farewell..

few weeks back, juniors announced in the class ,march 18th is farewell....i was counting the days and felt there was lot more days to go for farewell..then came march 18th...oops,....the with total gala and fella..the day started with our travell to bannari..when we reached the mandapam, the first impression itself from juniors really enthrilled us..wow..what a respect and hospitality..then as we were moving in,we were first honoured with fruits(water melon) to cool ourselves..then welcoming banner "asathal pangalis nadathum amazing kedavettu" itself proved their heartfull role in arranging the funtion .not just for formality..we were seated in the chairs and a guy of third year  recorded lively all the moments with atmost care!!it was really an amazing work..events were started and simultaneously all our classmates(fourth year) were called to the stage..then each and every events were being completed and the lunch started ..it was fantabulous and amazing ..it was very nice..and we all liked that food..it was finished finaaly with payasam,ice cream and ice beeda..a pucca lunch was provided with traditional touch..was impressed with even serving the food right form salt and pickle in a proper manner..then tug of war..tribute to ahswin marx was done ,and it was extremely amazing and touching..this was followed by our sharing of thoughts and then finally the wonderfull jamab where the dance thundered allover!!

The secret

am drown to the book ,"the secret"..wow,what an amazing one..really exciting and a change maker..it completely changes the mind set and am totally drawn to it..page by page, Rhonda grooms the readers withe magnetic phrases and thus it over all brings a great and rigid alterations in the mind..though i left a gap in between the book..,i have planned to continue it...its an evangelist..surely it have a greta sense to make one to get waved and to become strong,pure,happy,achieve, fulfillment's..it focusses on happiness,relationships, spirituality,money and thus a great boon for the readers who are depressed or in the urge of having a feeling,"i dont like myself..i dont know ,why its happening t me"??????? 

no work too, will make jack, a dull boy.....

yuc..al the terrible holidays going now completely makes me  irritable..lot of rest and ,taking rest for rest makes me completely lazy..its really irritating when one is with no work and trying to sail the days with simply..this semester holidays been like that..but quite,have involved in few own assignments ..luckily got an offrer to complete a project report for dairy unit..total a to z of the business details have to be comprised and collected of..this too an paid project..so am going to do with full concentration and its a start of a new journey..lets hope that it wil get completed well..................so that i will do something in this holls,to make myself feel better ..than being noted as vetti ,during holidays..

JAYALALITHA..her own actions digging hole for 2016 state election?

After massive victory sweeping the polls in may 13 Th 2011 Tamil nadu state assembly elections, where incredible circumstances like DMK bit the sand.for which the reasons fabricated include right from the family in politics of dmk,stepping in media and monopolizing  it..power crisis, nations unprecedented spectrum scam,corruption,state law and order and lots and tonnes of mistakes..this all made then opposition leader Jajalalitha to return back.her strong coalition with DMDK,CPM,CPI,SMK,KIP all finally led to success.her strong campaigning, offering freebies equal to DMK in the election manifesto faded dmk's campaign.....her promise to rescue tamilnadu from power crisis,land grabs,arasu cable tv all were a magic funda in backing the cm chair....

What JAYA did after she came to power?

1)As usual behavior of snubbing all the parties she tied and faced the election.
2) her approach to samacheer kalvi(uniform syllabus).
3) still the power crisis continuing.
4)corruption in construction sector,bribing for pwd contracts are huge.
5)encouraging freebies.
6)worst regulation implemented in arasu cable tv.
7)still her associate with sasikala and her kiths and kins,pulls away interest for her own party men.
8)there is no fruitful measures in improving the state economy,as still we are depending on tasmac revenue.
the list is just for her five months ruling and is completely greater dissapointment for all people who thought she will do better.

What She immediately do to restore her image?

In order to position of Tamil Nadu and also to taste victory in the elections coming in ,she have to take immediate actions..

1)She have to focus on the power crisis and should solve it without lame excuses.she have to set up a vibrant team and should focus on solving power crisis.
2)have to form a development force ,which should have all eminent and knowledgeable person in promoting economy of the state.
3)should put full stop for waste freebies and should focus on free education,free healthcare well.
4)should not do vendetta politics and also politic fro mere party beneficiary.
5)should concentrate in other revenues and should not rely on tasmac....as government should put full stop in encouraging consuming alchocol.
6)should meet press as she said before election periodically,the only she can meet out to the current issues directly to the public.
7)should try maximum to follow transparency in governance and should not allow sasikala's kiths involved in the governance.
8)tenders should go far the deserving people and should not be bribed.

Good things!

there are also some good things done by jayalaitha s governance.

1)her immediate action against srilankan issue.
2)her approach towards industrial functioning,giving a better solution than dmk regime for dyeing -pollution problem.
3)acting strongly in the misfaults being committed by UPA led central government.
4)her approach to koodankulam issue.
      but yet still for the progress of the state,she dint concentrate well and have to take immediate course for the benefit of Tamil Nadu and her own party.

Dr.Kamala SelvaRaj-whose words are filled with energy..

Interview of the most superlative women of this century, Mrs.Dr.Kamala Selvaraj,aired in makkal tv.On a sudden surprise while tuning different channels ,caught on my eye sight ,the interview.serious of questions throwned on her and the answers were too inspirational..the way she explained in a phrase about her expression she got, at once she built her hospital.then she also added about her earnings,hardwork,family life..some noteable and nice messages i remember..
1)she built her first hospital with the land and the happiness she achieved after the completion of the construction.she felt that it was her own achievemnt and she owns teh credibility.
2)her first revenue of earning through a small clinic ,rented from a chettiar ,immediately after her house surgen.
3)her advice for every one to go behind the passion and not behind any other persons advices.
4)her approach to marriage that,one should get married ,if and only if he or she gets satisfied and not for any other compulsions.she also said that marriage plays vital part of life and one needs company throught out the life..so that one should be very cautious regarding the choosing of life partners.
5)final touch of advice on how she respected every elder persons and her parents..the interview gave me a lot of sense ..

NEW CHANGE..

my blog is going to change its flavor..i m not going to write on my diary alone ..its time to pen down the various issues wright from politics,business ,literature,cinema..the fields what i know and what i search about them often..its good to make my blog to move to a next platform..this change will help me to improve my self in writing the best,better,even worsen articles..what i expect is to show and continue the same motivation from all you people to make me write more..because its you,who help and make me to write more..i m also going to give a caption for the blog, ....talk is cheap and delivering what promised is the best one!!i m starting by assembling and labelling separately..

all the round ,the brighter campaigns..celebration of deewali been faded by the heavy masses in the streets..no more excuses..public feels..yet a greater words..this is after a long time,seeing almost all parties standing alone facing this election.but still the vote goes this time as far i have observed is not on the party basis ,but on the candidate basis.its really a good thing to vote seeing the candidate,but yet most people cast their vote due to the reasons like relatives standing in the election or any other known person standing in the election.its true that the ruling party dint concentrate on the welfare of the people much and in spite will have an arbitrary winning due to the freebies and also the only stable party present now..still a dynamic change is expected so far,to cast the vote for the right candidate!!because integration of ullatchi is the welfare of the state totally..

what a phrase !!

recently i came up with a phrase in a magazine ,recollected by ace director k.Balachander,on whom i had an excellent respect by inner self..the phrase said "Every saint has a past and every sinner,a future..'wow what a sensible and refreshing one..it really increased the image i had on Mr.K.B. sir..though he s not the owner..sometimes these phrases make me completely diluted..then i will also at times read article by kavingar vali in anandha vikatan....really amazing hoe he uses Tamil language ..wow ..i really got inspired of his article..i will forget my self and will read it loudly alone and is awesome..writers completely feather us at times and its an art which makes our hair getting risen!!

feed backs..

actually only feed backs keep us encouraging..it will keep us growing..the total feed backs of the function from the outside participants through phone calls,messages,and our own students appreciation in direct verbal conversation,in social networking's were simply amazing..it encouraged to the core..nice..it was too good that the September 3oth have given a good feel in my life..it gave a lot of energy and made me to be kinetic always..the works that ended with such an appreciation was nice..and the comments rendered from every one showed how generous they all in appreciating others..I personally thank everyone to be nice with me..I feel i m lucky to have nice people around me!!

Valedictory function..

finally the valedictory function..the flux we printed as a  backdrop for valedictory function mis splet the chief guest name..it was totally a black thing..but we promptly sticked a paper over it with the correct spelling too..have appologised to the chief guest Mr.Shanmughavasan also..it was in the flux as just Mr.Shanmugham..
then the valedictory started and it was surprised to see the hall full at 6.00 o clock..chief guest s delebration was awesome..it really was inspiring and the knowledge he owns was also nice..actually what attracted me the , most in his speech was the story of a man who lost his ring in one place and searched his ring else where..where he related these lines to the one who jumps from textile to software as a career..then after  all formalities in giving boquettes ,gifts to the guests were happened ....then prize distribution started and it came out well..over all champion ship were 'PSG COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY'....i thanked my juniors and friends in vote of thanks..thus the valedictory came out well..

FIBRO FEST 2011

September 30th..after a tiresome decoration work,the day began..after fitting my dress rushed to college..to the utter shock ,found momento's to be given to chief guest during inaugural function,went missing..full irritation and could feel the b.p. raising..then when came to main block to see,how the decoration is going on for inaugural function,found the flux printed is not fitting as a back drop..the time was 8.30 a.m. and was in a shock as the inagural is going to get commence at 9.30 a.m...mean while we found momentos in jeeva s car and the flux also got fitted..it even stood with the help of some supports..then chief guest whom we have welcomed on behalf of our department came sharply at 9.30..then only we found ,the refreshments have not been bought..then Jeeva and myself went to the near by bakery after seating the chief guest in the VIP room ..we bought in time and handover-ed to the hospitality committee..then we waited for the other chief guest welcomed by civil department Mr.O.Arumugaswamy..mean while registrations started and from starting itself it was appreciably good..the function got delayed due to the late arrival of O.Arumugaswamy..Then function started and ended at 12 0 clock..actually it was planned to get ended at 10.30.. total schedule planned got broken and we all revised the schedule..events were forcibly started with some confusions..flummoxed situations were arisen but managed with the heavy support of all juniors and fellow friends..to the incidence,I asked Tamilselvan of purchasing committee to buy some materials for best out of waste at 10.30.without a negative gesture ,he suddenly bought all the things wanted.The work by Yogesh of third year in registration committee was also amazing..it was all some samples out of the whole....it was really over whelming to have such a committed members as a work force..all that begins well ,will end well..though it got delayed in beginning,it was nice to have it ended well..

September 29th

I have already siad that I m good in last time preparations ..yes..it happened well..the decorations which panicked me initially came out really good..it was all because of my friends and juniors who were doing decorations till morning 4.30 from evening..it was tremendous and such a dedicated juniors we have got..its all completely amazing to have such a work force,which finally resulted well..even purchase of staff gifts,boquettes happened to be on time..i m happy that it all happened in jiffy..nothing got conked in between.. participation's from all of our class mates and juniors really increased the enthusiasm and the involvement in rangoli and the craft works were simply superb..the appreciations from outsiders proved the work of decoration committee..then the banner thanking civil team was quite nice and the banner which was liked by me is the one with the phrase"We are thinking ,we are making funny things....we are forgetting that we are making memories..!!....

broke down..

totally broke down by heart..too much of quakes in the path of life..all of sudden ,some unusual ,the most unfavourable situations tested my life..cant even guess ,how i managed and managing ..still pedalling the cycle ..oops,going to againg turn to veg..because of all these pains......i hought my self,i have to move spritually in so as to get devoid of al those problems..and the first thing i can do it is,to  turn veg..oh god muruga is the soul still i beleive who cold releive my problems..let shall hope that i will get eassily facing a goos and satisfied days..
